Welcome to the Fair Entry Process!
All entries are due by 11:59 p.m. on July 1st.
If you have any questions regarding Fair Entry, please contact the Grundy County Extension and Outreach Office at 319-824-6979. We will be happy to help in any way we can. It is important that you read all instructions and sections.
- 4-H & Clover Kid Families: please login with your 4hOnline family e-mail and password.
- Dual Enrolled Families(4-H and FFA): please login with the 4hOnline family e-mail and password and make sure to select the correct club or chapter for each exhibit.
- FFA Only Families: please use an existing family account or create a new family account.
Attention CLOVER KIDS:
- All Clover Kid Animal & Static (non-livestock) entries must be made under the CLOVER KID DIVISION!

2025 Grundy County Fair Schedule
- Onsite Garden Judging will be held on July 9th.
- Fashion Show Judging will be held July 10th.

Credit Card(online), cash, or check payments are accepted.
Entry fees are $1.25 if you choose to pay by credit card. If you are paying by cash or check, entry fee is only $1.00/entry. Make checks payable to the Grundy County Agricultural Society. Payments are due by July 1st to the Grundy County Extension (703 F Ave; Suite 1, Grundy Center, IA 50638) There will be no refunds.
You will receive an e-mail when you submit your entries. Your entries will be approved once payment is received.
