The Clinton County 4-Her and their parents/guardians agree to display good sportsmanship and will adhere to the rules set forth by the 4-H Council and listed in the 2025 Clinton County Handbook including the 4-H Behavioral Criteria for all Youth Participants.

By checking the box below, you and your parents/guardians have read the 2025 Clinton County 4-H Handbook and acknowledge the updates. My projects reflect this and follow the guidelines outlined in the handbook.

Every effort will be made to avoid injury of persons or livestock while at the fair, but the Clinton County Fair Board and Clinton County 4-H Council will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or airborne illnesses that may occur for participants or spectators.
