Welcome to the annual Montgomery County 4-H Fair located at Riverside Park in Independence, Kansas.

Livestock entries are due July 1, 2025. This is different than nominating animals. All animals must submit identification (ear tags, leg bands, etc.).

Inside entries are due July 13, 2025 by noon.

Livestock is a hard deadline - no exceptions. Pre-registered animals may be switched among youth of the same household at the scales.

Inside entries are needed by July 13th to organize classes and print cards. However, if you need to scratch a project or replace a project (for example, if a cake falls and you make cookies instead), that is ok, but you'll need to fill out a card by hand the morning of check-in. Cards will be available for early pickup from July 15 to July 22nd and at the clothing judging and style revue.

ALL exhibitors will receive a FREE fair t-shirt with the fair logo if you enter an item by July 1. We may have extras for sale at the end of fair.
