Tips To Get Started:

• If you don’t have an account, please begin by creating one using your email and a password. Be sure to save your login information for future use!

• If you already have an account, simply log in using the credentials you created previously.

• Families should register all children under the same account.

• If any child in the family is enrolled in 4-H, the entire family should be registered using the 4-H account, even if the other children are not in 4-H.

• We recommend entering all family members at once before submitting. Submitting entries individually may cause your account to be temporarily locked until those entries are reviewed and approved by the office.

• Be sure to enter your correct mailing address during registration.
  This is where your premium checks will be sent, so please double-check for accuracy.

• Have your animal tag numbers and YQCA certificate ready—you’ll need them to complete your registration.

• Rabbit exhibitors- have a photo of your rabbit's tattoo. You will need this to complete your registration.
• After submitting your entries, check back later to ensure they’ve been approved. If there’s an issue, you’ll receive a message with details on what needs to be corrected.

Important Online Entry Deadlines (subject to change)

Livestock Entries- Due July 10th

• Including educational posters for your Market animal as well as public presentations, and record books.

4-H Still Life Entries- Due July 10th

Horse & Dog Entries- Due July 10th

• GC YEP, and 4-H Dog

General Exhibits- Due August 4th

• Including FFA static exhibits and all other general exhibits.

Online entry deadlines close at 9:59 PM PST on the deadline date. Servers will automatically close. Entries must be complete AND submitted at this time.

Once online registration has closed you will have the opportunity to register general exhibits on-site, the week before Fair. Check our website for more details at www.gcfair.fun/registerinperson

Registration Fees & Exhibitor Passes:

• Livestock Exhibitor Registration Fee- $12.00 (Bedding & Exhibitor Season Pass)

• Small Livestock Exhibitor Registration Fee- $6.00 (Per exhibitor NOT per animal)

Livestock Registration Late Fee $100.00. Will be assessed on any livestock entries between 7.11.25 and 7.17.25. No livestock entries will be approved after 7.17.25. No exceptions.

Your exhibitor pass will be included in your Livestock Packet which will be distributed at CHECK-IN Monday, August 12th.

• General Exhibitors- There is no registration fee for general exhibits.

Exhibitors may purchase a discounted season pass at the Fair Office. However, you must provide proof of registration at the point of purchase. Stiff life exhibitors are not required to purchase a season pass.

• Adult Exhibitor- $11 (Ages 18+)
• Youth Exhibitor- $6 (Ages 8-17)
• Exhibitors 7 and under are free!

Please note: If you have already purchased camping it includes four (4) Season Passes.
